Delivery Agreement & Site Requirements
Please review and check the agreement box below to complete your order.
To ensure a safe and successful delivery to your property, all customers must acknowledge the following logistical requirements and liability terms:
1. Delivery Placement & Access
-
The "School Bus" Rule: Our commercial delivery trucks require significant space to maneuver. Please ensure the delivery path is clear of all vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
-
Overhead Safety: The customer must confirm there are no low-hanging power lines or tree branches over the designated dump site. For safety, our drivers cannot tip the truck box near overhead obstructions.
-
Curb Line Standard: Our standard service is a "curb line" delivery. If you request that the truck enters your private driveway or property, you are authorizing the entry at your own risk.
2. Property & Utility Liability
-
Surface Weight: Bulk delivery trucks are extremely heavy. By requesting delivery beyond the curb, the customer assumes all responsibility for potential damage to driveways, sidewalks, or thin-poured concrete.
-
Underground Utilities: Topsoil Near Me and its delivery partners are not liable for damage to underground systems, including septic tanks, drain fields, or irrigation lines.
-
Surface Staining: Natural materials (especially barks and dark soils) may leave temporary residue. We recommend laying down a tarp to protect decorative surfaces.
3. Material Policy
-
Final Sale: Because bulk materials are a natural, non-returnable product, all sales are final once the material has been discharged from the truck. Please verify your order and volume before the driver begins the drop.
