Return Refund Policy

Finalizing Your Order: No Returns on Bulk Materials
Bulk topsoil is a heavy, specialized product that is difficult, if not impossible, to return once delivered.
Therefore, we urge you to carefully double and triple-check your order to confirm you have selected the correct product and quantity for your needs.

If you have any questions before ordering, please don't hesitate to call us – we're here to help.

Important Delivery Information: Please Read Carefully!
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery of your bulk topsoil, please take a moment to review these crucial guidelines. Our goal is to get your material to you safely and efficiently so you can start your project without delay!

Preparing for Your Delivery: A Clear and Safe Space is Key
Our deliveries are made with commercial-sized dump trucks, which require significant space to maneuver and unload.
Think of our trucks needing an area roughly the size of a school bus to operate safely.

To avoid any delays or issues, please ensure the intended delivery site is completely clear of all obstructions:

Clear the Dump Spot: Move any parked vehicles (cars, RVs, trailers, boats, etc.), equipment, or other personal items away from the designated dump area.
Check Overhead Clearances: Our trucks unload by tipping their large dump boxes. It is absolutely critical that there are no overhead wires or low-hanging tree branches directly above the intended dump location.

These can become entangled with the rising truck box, preventing delivery and potentially causing serious damage.
If overhead obstructions are present, you will need to select an alternate dump site that is clear.

Where We Can Deliver: Curb Line and Property Access

Standard Delivery:We generally make deliveries to the curb line of your property. This is the safest and most common dump location.

On-Property Access:While we understand the convenience of having material closer to your project, driving onto your property comes with specific considerations:

Waiver Required:If you request delivery beyond the curb line, a waiver must be signed before our truck enters your property. This acknowledges your understanding of the risks involved.

No Off-Road or Grass Driving: Our heavy commercial vehicles cannot drive on grass, soft ground, or off-road.
We only operate on paved or well-compacted, stable surfaces like driveways.
Attempting to drive on unsuitable surfaces can lead to the truck getting stuck, damaging your property, or creating unsafe conditions.
